The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder was revealed in the country, just a few days ago. Now, the company has announced pricing for its hybrid alternatives, and the entry-level hybrid model of Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is priced at Rs 15.11 lakh, its former showroom. Next on the ladder – mid-spec ‘G’ trim, it will retail at Rs 17.49 lakh, former showroom. The range-topping hybrid variant is priced at 18.99 lakh. Also, the company has confirmed that the higher-spec model with AWD styling and a Maruti Suzuki-sourced 1.5L mild-hybrid variant will cost Rs 17.09 lakh, its outgoing showroom. The brand has yet to announce pricing for the remaining models, which are expected to be released anytime soon.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara share the same styling with a new front end with a more contemporary appeal to consumers. To add to that, it carries a sleek front design with slim LED DRLs under the SUV’s chrome-plated bumper. Moreover, the front bumper is equipped with headlights with a slightly different design compared to other Toyota cars. This design scheme continues all the way to the rear end with slender taillights accentuated by the company’s logo right in the middle.

It is also packed with features such as 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability control, automatic climate control, 9-inch infotainment touch screen, wireless charging, head-up display, ambient interior lighting and digital instrument cluster 7-inch cruise control, Toyota iConnect technology with 55 features and more.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder will be available with a Neo Drive engine and a powerful self-charging hybrid electric powertrain. The 1.5 liter petrol engine in the Neo Drive class incorporates Integrated Starting Generator (ISG) technology and produces 75 kW. AWD-equipped Neo Drive rims will now offer the choice between a six-speed automatic transmission and a five-speed manual transmission. The 1.5-liter petrol engine with THS (Toyota Hybrid System) and electric transmission, which delivers an engine power of 68 kW and an engine output of 59 kW, is included in the powerful self-charging hybrid electric models.
