Amazon Prime’s “The Boys” is back in town to film season four in Mississauga, Brampton and Hamilton – Aumag

Amazon Prime’s brutal superhero satire, The younghas started filming for the upcoming fourth season in Mississauga.
Based on the acclaimed comic book by author Garth Ennis (Punisher, Preacher) and illustrator Darick Robertson, the series follows the eponymous vigilante group The Boys as they attempt to capture the deadly corrupt pastiche of the Justice League, The Seven, and their supporters, Vought International destroy.
The young has been filmed throughout the greater Toronto area since season one, including Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and Oshawa.
Season 3 aired just a few weeks ago, on July 8th, but fans have been screaming for updates since the finale put the “heroes” in the worst position viewers have seen yet.
But fans need not fear, showrunner Eric Kripke is here with an August 22 update announcing “Day One.”

Kripke is also known as the creator and first showrunner of supernatural. IN The boys In season three, he was joined by another alumnus of the series, Jensen Ackles. IN supernatural Ackles played Dean Winchester as one of the leading paranormal investigator brothers who literally did the Lord’s work.
Ackles was able to let his dark side out the young, plays the viciously violent Captain America satire Soldier Boy. In season four, Ackles and Kripke are joined by another supernatural Alumnus Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who played Winchester’s father, John.
Morgan was announced on August 25 in a mysterious recurring role in season four. Morgan is no stranger to reckless on-screen violence through his iconic roles as Negan The walking Death and the comedian i Guardianmust fit exactly The young. In fact, it has already started.

A multitude of familiar faces soon confirmed the news The young triumphant return to Toronto. Karl Urban (Nerdom nobility for roles in The Lord of the Rings, Dredd, and Star Trek), who stars as The Boys leader Billy Butcher, posted an update after he was at Mississauga’s Pearson Airport .

Jack Quaid and Erin Moriarty, who play (super)power couple Hughie Campbell and Annie January/Starlight, also took part in the fun updates from Toronto. “The ‘F*CK VOUGHT’ (iykyk) tude/but also SO dizzy to be back in my (second) home with my work family,” Moriarty said.

While The young just started filming, they’re not the only vought-verse series in town Gen V, a spin-off that focuses on young “supers” in college, has been filming on the University of Toronto campus in Mississauga since May. Filming is scheduled to wrap up in October.
Not to do Netflix also has a superhero show in GTHA The Umbrella Academy fourth season to be filmed in Hamilton.
