Breads are a huge part of Indian cuisine. Nor are we talking about roti, naan, and other types of Indian bread. Here we mean the simple toasts that you have every morning. Take a bowl and add milk, water, sugar and yeast to it. Combine everything gently. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix and blend with some oil and butter. Prepare the soft dough. Let this meal rest for an hour. When it has risen, grease a plate and transfer the flour in it. Then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cut the bread into thick pavs and enjoy!
