The Indian UV giant is ready and ready to take the veil off the new Mahindra XUV400 electric vehicle in the Indian market tomorrow. This will be the company’s first-ever electric SUV, and a slew of others will soon follow. The Mahindra XUV400 will rival the likes of the Tata Nexon EV and MG ZS EV in our market. The company has shared teasers of its first-ever electric SUV, which give a glimpse into its design and other key elements. Not much is known about the upcoming Mahindra XUV400, but here’s everything that has been revealed so far.

Yes, the Mahindra XUV400 has been confirmed to receive its design cues from the XUV300. However, it will be a taller car than the XUV300 with a larger rear overhang. The nose will wear a closed front grille, along with the dual bristles of the LED DRLs. A set of new alloy wheels will do the job here, while the rear end will be completely modified.

Mahindra XUV400 All-electric SUV – Indoor

A different color palette for the interior is expected on the Mahindra XUV400, compared to the XUV300. Besides, it may provide increased features from the inside. Expect Mahindra’s first electric SUV to come with ADAS safety technology, along with the company’s new AdrenoX connected car technology. As the length increases, the trunk space will be more practical here.

Mahindra XUV400 Electric SUV – Specifications

A high-voltage setup will be used on the Mahindra XUV400, and is expected to be sold with a 150-horsepower electric motor that can fit under the hood. Moreover, the battery pack will provide a claimed driving range of about 350-400 km, while the car will likely be able to charge with a 50 kW charger.

Mahindra XUV400 Electric SUV – Price and launch date

As of now, Mahindra is still silent about the XUV400 launch date. Rumors have it that the company could announce prices tomorrow itself, and it may start from around Rs 14k onwards and may outperform the previous showroom by Rs 20 lakh.
