 Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Recruitment 2022 Eligibility:

Credit Officer – Any graduate with at least one year of credit department experience with an MFI or bank

Acquisition Relationship Manager – 2 – 4 years in loan sales and documentation, with at least one year in a business loan or a loan against property in an NBFC, Bank, HFC, CA firm, or Outsourcing Agency. Mixed sales and credit experience is okay, but the emphasis should be on sales.

Cluster Manager – Minimum of 3 years in loan sales and documentation, with at least 1 year in secured loans, business loans, or property loans in an NBFC, Bank, or HFC. It is acceptable to have a mix of sales and credit expertise, but the emphasis should be on sales

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Recruitment 2022 Job Skills:

Credit Officer:

• Knowledge of the local language and geography, as well as excellent communication abilities
• Computer knowledge in basic and MS-office, should be well versed in income analysis P
• Plan your everyday activities and work-related requirements, such as work production and credit appraisal quality.
• Ensures the product’s success and expansion by sticking to the TAT for loan approval.
• Resolve any concerns that arise during the approval process.
• On a weekly and monthly basis, conduct an analytical/quantitative examination of the patterns in loan portfolio repayments and client base.
• Act as a liaison between the field, operations, and MIS staff, as well as any other equivalent requirements that may arise.
• Coordination with legal and technical providers is essential.

Cluster Manager:

• Overall responsibility for the cluster’s commercial growth and performance.
• Oversees the performance of his/her cluster’s MSE portfolio in terms of growth (amount and customer base) and productivity of relationship officers by guiding them and conducting constructive performance reviews.
• Assists relationship officers with marketing and sales activities, customer evaluations, and proposal preparation
• Maintains a positive relationship with a high-value client. Customers of MSE get the most out of their money and receive references.
• Controls and recovers loans in his or her cluster, as well as doing risk assessments and recovery methods.
