Chilli Chicken Momos Recipe- How To Make Chilli Chicken Momos

Ingredients-

  • Ground chicken (keema) – 100 gms
  • Readymade momo batter made by mixing 1 cup flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • Ginger, finely chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, finely chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies, finely chopped – 2-3
  • Spring onion bulbs, with finely chopped greens + to garnish – 2
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil for coating

For the sauce

  • Oil – 1 1/2 tbsps
  • Garlic, finely chopped – 2 tsp
  • Ginger, finely chopped – 1 tsp
  • Green chillies, chopped – 2-3
  • small onion, divided – 1
  • Small green capsicum, thinly sliced ​​- 1
  • Soy sauce – 2 tsp
  • Red chili seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • Chicken stock – 1 1/4 cup
  • Corn slurry – 1 1/2 tbsp

Mode-

  • Take the ground chicken in a large bowl. Add salt, black peppercorns, ginger, garlic, green chilies, spring onion, soy sauce, green spring onion and mix until well mixed.
  • Roll out the dough into thin, large balls. Cut out the roundels using a cookie cutter. To make a momo, take a round, put a portion of the chicken mixture in the center, apply some water on the edges, and shape the momo as you wish.
  • Sufficient heat of the water in the steamer. Arrange the momos in a steamer cart and steam for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and ginger and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the cold greens and mix well.
  • Add the onion and green capsicum and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce and red chili sauce and mix well. Add salt, black pepper, and chicken stock and mix well.
  • Pour in the momos and mix gently until the momos are well coated with the sauce. Start with spring garnished vegetables and serve hot.
