Popular Nigerian reportage producer and founding father of Mavin Records, Micheal Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has offered some inspiration to emerging artists.

The music government revealed how he met and signed many artists on his reporting label.

Don Jazzy pointed out in a post on his social media accounts that all aspiring artists should always submit their films to their social media accounts to be seen by him.

He posted screenshots of three of the budding artists – Avra, Boyspyce and Bayanni – who he reached out to.

He wrote, “Dear up-and-coming artists, you might be able to see from these 3 screenshots that I reached out to Ayra, Boyspyce and Bayanni myself. I haven’t contacted them unless I saw a pattern of what they will be doing on their Instagram pages. Present yourself on your website for the umpteenth time. I know it doesn’t seem cool to submit lots. But then you would be an uncool artist again if only your loved ones are allowed to hear your beautiful music until it is handed over.

Greetings from Don. ”

This comes hours after Bryann, a roommate on the Big Brother Naija TV network, became a media sensation following his thrilling performance at the house during a class assigned to him by Biggie.

Biggie had brought the roommates together to write some music. Bryann, being paired with current head of house Chomzy, made an overwhelming impact that attracted Don Jazzy.

Taking to his Twitter account, the Mavin Records pioneer, who followed the freestyle, took the spot where he wrote: “Haha Bryan, na bully for this competition. machines #bbnaija.”

The Mavin Records is undoubtedly one of the biggest music companies in Nigeria, founded in 2012 mainly by Don Jazzy after he left Mo’Hits Record which he and DBanj owned at the time.

The Mavin Records has produced a multitude of music stars, along with Rema, Ayra Starr, Crayon, BoySpyce, Magixx and Korede Bello.
